इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर और "Development" की हकीकत इंडियंस को आज कोई भी आकर आसानी से बेवकूफ बना देता है। कुछ लोग कहते हैं कि देश में बहुत infrastructure development हो रहा है, पर क्या उन्हें infrastructure का actual मतलब पता है?
