1. National Vision

2. The Certainty of Inevitable Change
Anything could happen—anything. If something has not happened yet, we think it can't happen or that it doesn't happen. That is, per se, our current understanding. Hypothetically, let's say a demon comes and says, "I'm going to smash and finish everything." At that moment, Our understanding would not change—it would collapse. Maybe we wouldn't even exist to witness it. The idea is that we can't control what happens. Any sort of change that mankind has never seen is not a manifestation of the impossible.

3. The Hard Reality of Money
जो लोग ये बोलते हैं ना कि जिंदगी में पैसा सब कुछ नहीं होता, ये वही लोग होते हैं जिनके पास पैसे की कोई कमी नहीं होती। अगर इनसे सारा पैसा छीन के इनको भी BPL card पकड़ा दो ना, तो ये भी Instagram पर bio and status update करते नज़र आएंगे कि "जीवन में पैसा ही सब कुछ है।"
संसार की 50% wealth एक हज़ार से भी कम लोगों के पास है। संसार के 85% resources पे 10% अमीरों का कब्ज़ा है। पैसों से तुम सब कुछ खरीद सकते हो, including प्यार और peace of mind।
कुछ चीज़ें होती हैं जो पैसा खुद नहीं खरीद सकता... कुछ चीज़ें होती हैं जो इसलिए ज़रूरी हैं कि तुम अमीर के अलावा कुछ और बन सको, जैसे पैसों से कोई manners नहीं खरीद सकता, वो खुद को सीखना पड़ता है... और ये जिंदगी संभाल के रखनी है, चली गई तो गई... माना पैसा भगवान नहीं, लेकिन उनसे किसी भी लिहाज़ में कम नहीं।

4. समानता और मानवीय मूल्य
जब एक छोटा-सा बच्चा माँ के गर्भ में होता है, उसे यह नहीं पता होता कि वह किस धर्म में जन्म लेगा या उसकी जाति क्या होगी। जब वह जन्म लेता, तो शुरुआती कुछ वर्षों तक उसे इन बातों का कोई ज्ञान नहीं होता। उसकी मुस्कान, उसका चलना, उसका खेलना, अपने परिवार वालों को पहचानना — यह सब बिल्कुल दुनिया के किसी भी बच्चे जैसा ही होता है।
बच्चे का बड़ा होना, विकसित होना, सीखना — सब कुछ उसके वातावरण और परवरिश पर निर्भर करता है। यह प्रक्रिया दुनिया के हर बच्चे के लिए सामान्य और समान होती है।
इसी तरह, जब देश का हर व्यक्ति शिक्षित होगा और हर व्यक्ति अपने आदर्शों का स्तर ऊँचा रखेगा, तो हर व्यक्ति महान बन सकता है। हर व्यक्ति बड़ा मुकाम हासिल कर सकता है। इसके लिए यह ज़रूरी नहीं है कि जाति या धर्म का कोई भी clause बीच में आए।

5. Managing Personal Expectations
First and forever, stop expecting good from anyone. Once you get an unexpected better result, never ever be happy for it—just treat it as your treatment for unexpected bad results.

6. The True Meaning of Education
The very basic of education and knowledge is not repeating what you have read, not just exploring what you have interest in, but to create ideas from your own observation backed by your understanding. To create ideas from observation, reasoning it, and interpreting it into an admissible concept.

• Exploration for better knowledge exposure and shape of things in all ways

At most important: Money—to give all these impactful and fruitful life elements. To maintain good health you need money. To manage money, just like other things, you need discipline. To be organized and stay most updated, it's important to understand the use of money for easy accessibility and usages. Spend money to speak with great people.

SECTION B: CORPORATE EXPLOITATION & GOVERNANCE ( Just Observations )
1. Corporate Exploitation & Human Cost
You hired a human, not a machine. Companies nowadays seamlessly expecting unrealistic, impractical Performance Benchmarks. To emphasize their career and grow, employees are working very hard in all organizations. Besides the working hours, employees have to deliver justifiable performance stretching hours, often compromising their free time and other activities.
In return, what do they get? Why about their HR policies, Workplace Behaviour Policies, and Leave policies? Corporates to a large extent are purely exploiting employees. Their Human Resources Policies have all the clauses and guidelines without Human and without Humanity. Lakhs of cases are there from their own employees.
An MRI Machine Report submitted is not getting approved. Employee must have been given proper leaves, but just think—even in an unhealthy condition, the employee is deciding to work and giving an MRI report for WFH (Work From Home). This tells the whole story itself of what kind of hell-like pressure these corporates are giving.
2. The Modern Slavery
Their Directors and all Senior-most authorities are purely a businessman, and to run their business, they have hired lakhs of Corporate Slaves.
When will we realize? When will these corporates realize? When will the government realize? Rules are rules, but Humanity is above all rules. Only we the people can raise our voice because in India, the Government and these capitalists and Corporates are just exploiting crores of their workforce, and that too severely. Rules are above all, humanity is above all rules.
